Podsused – Ogulin 86:83

The Ogulin basketball players played an excellent game in Podsused, and especially an impressive end to the third and beginning of the fourth quarter. Three minutes before the end of the match, the Ogulin team had +5 and complete control of the game, it seemed that they were within reach of a worthy victory.
But then came the key turning point.
An unsportsmanlike personal foul, difficult to explain at that moment, allowed the host to take as many as 4 points from that attack and come back to life completely. Immediately after that, the Ogulin team missed an open layup, then committed a foul, and Podsused took the lead from the free throw line (+1).
In the finale of the drama, Ogulin got a chance from free throws, but remained without points. Although they had as many as three shots to tie the game, the ball simply did not want to go into the basket.
It was an unfortunate and awkward defeat, one that hurts because the game was practically in our hands — and a win would have meant a lot, given the current situation and difficult schedule.
